Następnie uwaga poznawcza kieruje się w stronę uchwycenia relacji pomiędzy Chrystusem – Wcielonym miłosierdziem Ojca – a Duchem Świętym, będącym Parakletem i Osobą-Miłością.

Within Protestantism preaching is regarded as the main task of the Church. Lutheran theology sees in the sermon the presence of Christ and the source of the justifying faith born of hearing and accepting the word proclaimed, as well as the place of the Holy Spirit who promotes faith in those who hear the Gospel. For the father of the Reformation, Martin Luther, the work of the Holy Spirit is closely related to the Gospel which was inspired by Him and thanks to His support can be preached and heard at all. And according to John Calvin, the Holy Spirit is a true teacher (magister) and perpetrator (effector) who, as the proper author of the sermon, makes it a saving event. Assigning the Third Person of God a vital role in proclaiming the word of God gave birth to a question about what is the work of God in the sermon and what is the work of man. The search for such Protestant theologians in the 20th century as Rudolf Bohren, Manfred Josuttis and (late) Karl Barth led to the creation of the theory of preaching based on the pneumatological paradigm. It is an attempt to theologically justify the connection of the divine and human elementsin the sermon. It is in the Holy Spirit who wants to act in us and through us (the principle of the theonomical reciprocity), preaching, seen as completely lying in God’s possibilities, becomes the preacher’s thing and the thing of the listener, lies entirely in the possibilities of man (both skills and technique) – provided that both the preacher and the listener are openfor His actions. The pneumatological homiletics gave not only an answer to the question about the level of God’s and man’s activity in the process of preaching, but also even more insightfully described the overwhelming role of the Holy Spirit in preaching.
In the Letter to the Hebrews the word πνευμα (pneuma) appears twelve times in total (1,7.14; 2,4; 3,7; 4,12; 6,4; 9,8.14; 10,15.29; 12,9.23). In seven cases, as it seems, it refers to the Holy Spirit (2,4; 3,7; 6,4; 9,8.14; 10,15.29). Analyzing these passages, we can state that the Holy Spirit is meant in the Letter to the Hebrews to be, first of all, a gift. Therefore it is the Holy Spirit who makes the preachers of the Gospel (2,4) to be particular gifted to do it. Christians participate in Him (6,4). He exhorts and speaks to man (3,7b; 9,8), is the Spirit testifying that man has received salvation (10,15), is the One who leads the faithful to the Divine throne of grace (10,29). Only once is the Holy spirit shown as the One who led Jesus in the work of the offering of the cross (9,14).
In the light of the statement The Church: Towards a Common Vision the article concentrates on the specific question of the relation of the Church to the world. The key statements of the document are depicted showing the Church as sign and servant of God’s design for the world (pts. 25–26) and the Church in God’s plan for creation (pts. 58–59). In the first part is explained the biblical notion of “the world”. The second point approaches the historical aspect of the relation “Church – the world”. The third part of the article tries to convince that the contemporary Christian thought perceives the relation of the Church to the world through the category of universal reconciliation in Christ and in the Holy Spirit.
Duch Święty objawia całą tajemnicę Chrystusa i daje nam poznać swoją rolę w życiu i misji Jezusa. Wyraźnie można dostrzec to w następujących wydarzeniach: wcielenie, nawiedzenie, ofiarowanie w świątyni, duchowy rozwój, chrzest w Jordanie, kuszenie na pustyni, przepowiadanie, śmierć na krzyżu i zmartwychwstanie.

The role of the Holy Spirit in the salvific event of Jesus Christ points to His constant and dynamic action. The Holy Spirit speaks of Jesus as the beloved Son of the Father, with whom he is one. The revelation that Jesus brings about his Father reaches its fullness in the revelation of the Holy Spirit as the eternal bond of love between the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit revels the whole mystery of Christ and gives us an insight onto his role in the life and mission of Jesus. This can be clearly seen in the following events: incarnation, visitation, offering in the temple, spiritual development, baptism in the Jordan, temptation in the desert, preaching, death on the cross and resurrection.
The present article raises anthropological, theological and salutary aspects of such phenomena as the interceding prayer for healing, healing, and “rest in the Holy Spirit”. The definition and nature of these phenomena are discussed, as well as their biblical sources and such anthropological aspects as the necessity of a comprehensive look at healing, at the threat of reducing these phenomena to a purely psychological mechanism etc. Also symptoms of internal healing are presented, and testimonies are quoted that were given by people who have experienced „rest in the Holy Spirit” which was connected with internal healing in their lives.

The article focuses on the liturgy as an aspect of the Church's life, which is the constant source of Her youth. The first part points at the liturgical renewal in the twentieth century, because it has given rise to the renewal of the Church in other areas of its life. The second part shows the trinitarian roots of the liturgy and the role of the Holy Trinity in maintaining the Church's constant youth. Finally, the last part of the article reveals an individualistic aspect of the liturgy, because the youth of the Church manifests itself in the youth of each of its members participating in the liturgy.

Duch Święty w Eucharystii utożsamia człowieka z Chrystusem, a w ten sposób przemienia w synów Bożych i włącza w swoje Ciało, jakim jest Kościół.

The goal of this article is to show the complexity of the spiritual world and the world of spirits and how ancient generations of people from three different civilizations and cultures, Semitic, Hellenistic and Latin, dealt with it. This also applies to the understanding of the Holy Spirit, especially in the first two centuries. From this background, comments are made about the views of the Shepherd of Hermas, whose pneumatology, however simple, combines the three worlds, because the author of the work came from Judaism, wrote his thoughts in Greek and did it in Rome. The Shepherd is a great testimony of Christians in the first centuries, showing how the Holy Spirit who, being God, shows his great gentleness towards sinful man and enables him to return to God, but at the same time respects his free choices.
Uczynił to kosztem przepowiadania stricte doktrynalnego.

St. John Chrysostom, who was born about 349 after Christ, was one of the greatest preachers in the history of the Church. In his homilies, he focused on the moral formation of Christians. He did so at the expense of strictly doctrinal preaching. To this day, only his polemical homilies with heresies of that time have been preserved, which undermined the divinity of the Holy Spirit and the occurrence connected with the celebration of Pentecost and Epiphany. His statements about the Holy Spirit include also some catechetical homilies and speeches against Jews, Judaizers and Hellenes. Dynamic rhetoric and intransigence of Saint John Chrysostom can be an inspiration for the modern homilist in preparing the proclamation of the Holy Spirit.
To inspiracja bardziej altruistyczna, wspólnotowa niż natchnienie artystyczne.

Comparing pneumatological and artistic inspiration in proclaiming the word of God, we enter the area of psychology of creativity. We touch the issues of the creative process. In the preaching, we examine the relationship between the human and divine components. On the pulpit is preached the word of God, not the own, and therefore the Holy Spirit appears as an inspiration and an ontological quality of the proclaimed Word. It has an invigorating and sanctifying power. This inspiration is more altruistic, communal than artistic inspiration. Although „the Holy Spirit blows wherever it wants” (J 3, 8), the inspiration of the Holy Spirit is more predictable than artistic. The art can be tricky, greedy, even diabolical, about a Faustian face. And artistic inspiration can have such sources, which – of course – is not befitting for preacher. Artistic inspiration and pneumatological inspiration is not a long-term condition, but special moments of grace. If the preacher can not be inspired on the pulpit, he should accept and fulfill the role of a good craftsman.
Papież Franciszek w adhortacji apostolskiej Evangelii gaudium o głoszeniu Ewangelii we współczesnym świecie z 2013 roku podejmuje wiele zagadnień dotyczących roli Ducha Świętego w praktyce kaznodziejskiej. W opracowaniu zostały podjęte zagadnienia dotyczącekwestii pneumatologicznych w przepowiadaniu kaznodziejskim, powołania do słuchania ludzi i głoszenia słowa Bożego, roli Ducha Świętego w przygotowaniu do głoszenia słowa Bożego, duchowości głosiciela słowa Bożego. Wskazane również zostały niebezpieczeństwa zagrażające współczesnym kaznodziejom. Podstawowym źródłem opracowania jest przesłanie Evangelii gaudium, z której powyższe zagadnienie zostały wydobyte i przeanalizowane.

Pope Francis in his apostolic exhortation on preaching the Good News in the contemporary world Evangelii gaudium published in 2013 discusses numerous issues related to the role of the Holy Spirit in the preaching practice. The study includes the topic of pneumatological content in preaching, the call to listen to people and preaching the word of God, the role of the Holy Spirit in preparation for preaching the word of God, spirituality of a preacher of the word of God. Also, it focuses on dangers faced by contemporary preachers. The basic source of the study is the apostolic exhortation Evangelii gaudium which the issues mentioned above have been derived from and analyzed.
Bez odniesienia do korzeni, do misyjnej natury każdego chrześcijanina, byłoby pozbawione istotnego pierwiastka.
Paweł, wpływa do serc wierzących poprzez Ducha Świętego (Rz 5,5). On uobecnia Zmartwychwstałego Chrystusa w Kościele wraz z Jego zbawczymi aktami, uświęcającymi człowieka i cały kosmos. „Gdzie bowiem Kościół, tam i Duch Boży; a gdzie Duch Boży tam Kościół i wszelka łaska. Grzegorz Teolog. Poprzez zstąpienie Ducha Świętego Trójca Święta zamieszkuje w nas, przebóstwiając, udzielając nam swych niestworzonych energii, swojej chwały i Boskości, wiecznej Światłości, do której jesteśmy powołani.

Man is the crown of the Holy Trinity’s act of creation. St. Gregory of Nyssa teaches that “man is the human face of God” as he is created in the image of God. Man has his source in God, whereas his existence refl ects God. The realization of his humanity is possible only in unity with the Creator, and apart from Him, man looses the ability to realize his calling and his purpose. According to Orthodox theological thought, a man wants to enter that Divine life, by means of free will and the Grace of God, unite himself mystically with Christ and become a living member of His Body, which is made possible by the Holy Spirit. The love of God, as St. Paul says, has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit (Rom. 5:5). He makes the Risen Christ present in the Church along with His saving acts that sanctify man and the whole cosmos. A Christian’s participation in the saving mystery of Christ is a personal gift, freely accepted by man. The saving acts of Christ become the Church’s acts, and thereby the acts of the faithful thanks to the personal gift which is granted by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, man now has the possibility of becoming a participant in the eternal Kingdom of God, which is in terms of this world, is yet to come. When the Holy Spirit descends on us and dwells in us, He give us the One whose life He is. Th is is the gift of the Holy Spirit, the essence of our personal Pentecost in the Sacrament of Chrismation. By the Holy Spirit and in the Holy Spirit, believers in Christ become the Church, and the Church is the place of the activity of the Holy Spirit: “For where the Church is, there is the Spirit of God; and where the Spirit of God is, there is the Church, and every kind of grace. Th e Spirit is truth.” Proper pneumatology, which is strongly emphasised in Orthodoxy, is possible only in close association with teaching on the Holy Trinity correctly understood. The first Person of the Holy Trinity, God the Father is the Source of Divinity, the Cause or Principle of the Two remaining Persons. He is the bond of unity of the Three – God is one, because there is one Father. “Th e Father is the unity, from which and to which the order of Persons runs it course” states St. Gregory the Theologian. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit constitute one Essence, however, there is differentiation between the Persons. None of the Persons act apart from the other Two, but all of the Hypostases act commonly. Each of the Persons do not possess one third of the Divinity, but the entire Divinity in its Fullness. When the Holy Spirit comes to dwell in us, He makes us into a dwelling place of the Holy Trinity, because the Divinity of the Spirit can not be separated from the Divinity of the Father and the Son. Th rough the descent of the Holy Spirit, the Holy Trinity lives in us, divinizing and granting us His uncreated energies, His glory and Divinity, and the eternal Light to which we are called.
