Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie informacji finansowej o bilansie i rachunku przepływów pieniężnych w takiej formie, która pozwalałaby na wypełnienie luki komunikacyjnej między przedsiębiorstwem a jego interesariuszami, w zakresie prezentowanej im w rocznych raportach sytuacji finansowej. Dodatkowe poziomy ujawnień informacji finansowej wynikają z zastosowania założeń teorii bilansowej Wilhelma Osbahra oraz raportowania powtarzalnych operacyjnych przepływów pieniężnych. Zastosowana w opracowaniu metoda badawcza polega na analizie literatury przedmiotu z zakresu doktryn bilansowych oraz przepływów pieniężnych i dedukcyjnego wskazania na tej podstawie potencjalnych kierunków doskonalenia sprawozdawczości finansowej.

The purpose of this article is to present balance sheet and cash flow information in the way, which allows to fulfill the communication gap between the enterprise and its stakeholders, in the area of financial condition presented in annual reports. Additional levels of disclosures arise from balance sheet theory of Wilhelm Osbahr and sustainable operating cash flow assumptions. The research method applied in the article is the literature analysis and deductive way of formulating the trends of potential financial reporting improvements.
