Realizacja strategii Europa 2020 w zakresie edukacji - Polska na tle krajów UE

Strategia Europa 2020 to długofalowy i kompleksowy program rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego realizowany w krajach Unii Europejski od 2010 r. Edukacja jest jednym z głównych obszarów uwzględnionych w tej strategii i stanowi obszar analizy niniejszego opracowania. Edukacja obok innowacji i badań naukowych ma kluczowe znaczenie w tworzeniu tzw. inteligentnego rozwoju. W pracy zaprezentowano stopień realizacji zaleceń strategii Europa 2020 w zakresie edukacji we wszystkich krajach UE po pięciu latach od jej wprowadzenia. Wskazano również możliwe przyczyny przyjęcia przez Polskę ambitniejszych celów w zakresie edukacji niż te zaproponowane przez UE.

The Europe 2020 strategy is a long-term, comprehensive programme of socio-economic development in the European Union countries valid from 2010. Education is one of the main areas included into this strategy. Education is the focus area for analysis of this article. Education next to innovation and research is key factor in creation of smart growth. The article shows the level of Europe 2020 strategy recommendations implementation in the field of education in all EU countries, five years after its introduction.
