Spośród długiej listy determinant polityki dywidend, najlepiej opisane są w literaturze czynniki mikroekonomiczne. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na pozostałe uwarunkowania decyzji dywidendowych spółek, w szczególności te o charakterze makroekonomicznym. Przedstawiono wyniki badań nad wpływem uwarunkowań makrootoczenia na politykę dywidend spółek. Badaniami objęto 48 spółek notowanych na Warszawskiej Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w latach 2002-2013.

From amongst a long list of determinants of the dividend policy, microeconomic factors are described in literature in the fullest way. This paper points out to the remaining conditions of dividend-related decisions of companies, in particular the ones of a macroeconomic nature. It contains results of research devoted to the impact of conditions of the macro environment on the dividend policy of companies. The research comprised 48 companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the period 2002-2013.
