The aim of this article is to present the results of the observation based on the system of organizational terms and management tools in transistorshead.com. The theoretical foundation for the tools is the system of organizational terms described in previous works of the author. The observation was conducted for the research how the managers behave during managing projects. The paper consists of theoretical introduction to the theory of process and resources approaches as well as results of the observation of one manager's behavior.

Autorka przeprowadziła badania w latach 2008- -2010 na celowo dobranej grupie losowo wybranych ponad 1000 osób, w tym woj. mazowieckie N=711, woj. podlaskie N=304, Vestfold - Holmestrand w Norwegii N=85.

Leaders of modern organizations should be characterized by a strong empathy with people, broad powers, manners, ability to anticipate the future and the wisdom of life. Such a leader will be a model and example to follow, for whom the employees will wish to voluntarily heed. The author presents the views of scientists who have different perspectivse on leadership in an organization. Based on years of experience and knowledge the author also presents her vision of leadership competencies that will achieve success thanks to creative and effective action and can determine the personnel to operate effectively. The article is the result of research on the characteristics of a manager and his competence to perform leadership roles. The author conducted a study on a group of 1,100 managers, woj. mazowieckie 711, woj. podlaskie 304 people, Vestfold, Norway-Holmestrand 85 people.

W niniejszym artykule analizie poddane zostały efekty opcji menedżerskich wdrożonych wśród polskich spółek w latach 2006-2014. Przedmiotem analizy objęto szeroką grupę polskich spółek akcyjnych z różnych sektorów gospodarki, ze szczególnym zwróceniem uwagi na warunki programów. Dzięki temu możliwa jest ocena poszczególnych opcji ze względu na konsekwencje ich wprowadzenia i wyciąganie odpowiednich wniosków odnośnie do konstrukcji programów. Podstawę analizy stanowią sprawozdania finansowe spółek, ale również dodatkowe informacje publikowane przez poszczególne podmioty.

This paper presents the analysis of the Employee Stock Options implemented among polish companies between 2006-2014. The analysis covers wide range of companies with certain focus on each option conditions. Such perspective enables to rate the outcome of the ESOs and draw conclusions according to the selected market and nonmarket conditions. The research is based on the companies' financial statements as well as other data published by the companies.
