Artykuł koncentruje się na zagadnieniu ekoinnowacji w działalności transportowej w powiązaniu z koncepcją społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu. Zdefiniowano pojęcie „ekoinnowacji” oraz omówiono przesłanki ich wdrażania w transporcie. Celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie rodzajów ekoinnowacji i obszarów ich wdrażania w przedsiębiorstwach sektora TSL, a także zbadanie stanu ich wdrażania w polskich przedsiębiorstwach w świetle statystyk. Artykuł ukazuje ekoinnowacje jako istotny element działań na rzecz zrównoważonego rozwoju i implementacji koncepcji społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu w sektorze transportu.

The article focuses on the issue of eco-innovations in the transport sector, especially in the context of Corporate Social Responsibility. The term of eco-innovation is defined and the discussion about the reasons for their implementation in transport is placed. The aim of the article is to identify the types of eco-innovations and the areas of their deployment in the transport enterprises. The article also includes the research of the state of their implementation in Polish enterprises in the light of statistics. The authors consider the eco-innovations as an essential element for sustainable development and an important tool for the Corporate Social Responsibility concept implementation in the transport sector.

Zakłady pracy chronionej odgrywają ważną rolę w gospodarce poprzez aktywowanie zawodowe osób niepełnosprawnych. Tak jak wszystkie przedsiębiorstwa funkcjonują w warunkach konkurencji w gospodarce rynkowej. Podstawowymi celami badań były analiza i ocena efektywności finansowania ekoinnowacji przez zakłady pracy chronionej w województwie śląskim. Cele szczegółowe badań obejmowały: analizę determinant wpływających na wybór źródeł finansowania ekoinnowacji oraz ocenę efektywności wykorzystania źródeł finansowania, w tym funduszy strukturalnych, przez badane zakłady. Wszystkie badane zakłady pracy chronionej należą do grupy małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Główną metodą badawczą była analiza statystyczna danych zebranych za pomocą badań ankietowych.

Supported employment enterprises play an important role in the economy through the activation of professional people with disabilities. Like all companies operate in a competitive market economy. The primary objective of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of eco-innovation funding for supported employment enterprises in Silesia. The specific objectives of the research included: analysis of the determinants influencing the choice of sources of financing eco-innovation and the assessment of the effectiveness of the use of funding sources including the Structural Funds by the surveyed establishments. The aim of this study was to analyze the financing of ecoinnovation supported employment enterprises in Silesia. All tested supported employment enterprises belonged to a group of small and medium-sized enterprises. The main research method was a statistical analysis of data collected through surveys.
