W niniejszej publikacji przyjęto za cel przedstawienie istnienia kierunków rozwoju działań, czyli trendów rozwojowych usługodawców logistycznych podejmowanych w ramach realizowanych modeli biznesu. Na podstawie obserwacji przedsiębiorstw funkcjonujących na polskim rynku TSL (Transport-Spedycja-Logistyka) oraz wywiadów bezpośrednich zaprezentowano kierunki działań usługodawców logistycznych będących ich odpowiedzią na oczekiwania rynku – klienta. Kierunki te można uznać za wyznaczniki obecnych i przyszłych działań usługodawców logistycznych w podążaniu za rozwojem.

In this publication behind the target describing functionings of logistics services providers taken in frames carried out was accepted of business models. Directions of effects of logistics services providers being their reply on expectations of the market were presented - of customer. It is possible to recognize these directions as indicators of current and future functionings of logistics services providers in following the development.
