The purpose of this article is to present selected examples of solutions for the organization and performance of business relationships with the idea of humanizing the economy, as postulated in the conciliar constitution Gaudium et Spes. After outlining the economic approach to the issues in this document, the author cites the example of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and the Employee Share Ownership Plan, to apply the solutions corresponding to the ideas contained in Gaudium et Spes.

W artykule postawiono sobie za cel ukazanie na przykładzie wybranych rozwiązań organizacji i funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw związków z ideą humanizacji gospodarki postulowaną w konstytucji soborowej Gaudium et spes. Po zarysowaniu ujęcia zagadnień gospodarczych w tym dokumencie autor wykazuje na przykładzie koncepcji Społecznej Odpowiedzialności Przedsiębiorstw oraz Planu Pracowniczej Własności Akcji zastosowanie rozwiązań korespondujących z ideami zawartymi w Gaudium et spes.
