Integracja i współpraca jako kluczowy trend rozwoju enoturystyki w Europie

Istotną cechą enoturystyki w Europie jest obecnie konkurencja. O potencjale konkurencyjnym i efektywnym rozwoju podmiotów enoturystycznych decyduje wiele czynników, jednak coraz większe znaczenie w tym procesie przypisuje się procesom integracji oraz współpracy. Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja działań w zakresie integracji i współpracy w sektorze europejskiej enoturystyki, w tym głównych tendencji, jakie im towarzyszą. Celami szczegółowymi są: rozpoznanie regionów enoturystycznych na badanym obszarze oraz identyfikacja działań, które potwierdzają ich rozwój oparty na integracji i współpracy. Do realizacji wymienionych celów posłużyła metoda „desk research”, oparta na analizie polskiej i zagranicznej literatury, artykułów, licznych for internetowych oraz stron internetowych organizacji koncentrujących swoją działalność wokół tematyki wina.

An important feature of enotourism in Europe is competition. Many factors determine the competitive potential and effective development of enotourism entities, however, the importance of integration and cooperation is becoming more and more important in this process. The aim of the study is to identify activities in the field of integration and cooperation in the European enotourism sector, including the main trends that accompany them. The specific objectives are: recognition of the enotourist regions in the studied area, and identification of activities that confirm their development based on integration and cooperation. To achieve these objectives, the “desk research” method was used, based on the analysis of Polish and foreign literature, articles and websites of organizations focusing their activities on the subject of wine, and numerous internet forums.
