W artykule podjęto próbę zidentyfikowania istoty logistyki międzynarodowej jako elementu współczesnej gospodarki światowej. W świetle realizowanych transakcji w skali międzynarodowej wskazano także na podmioty mające związek z realizowanymi procesami w tym obszarze, dla których szczególne warunki organizujące określa kontrakt zawierany pomiędzy sprzedającym-eksporterem a kupującym-importerem.

This article attempts to identify the essence of international logistics as part of the modern world economy. In view of the international transactions also identifies entities in connection with the processes implemented in this area, and specific conditions for organizing processes created by contract as an international trade agreement between a seller-exporter and buyer-importer.
