Wdrożenie Systemu Ekozarządzania i Audytu (EMAS) a poprawa relacji z interesariuszami przedsiębiorstwa

Celem artykułu była ocena znaczenia implementacji systemu EMAS w kontekście poprawy relacji przedsiębiorstwa z interesariuszami. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono wymagania systemu EMAS, które w opinii autorki mają istotne znaczenie w kontekście uzyskiwania poprawy relacji przedsiębiorstwa z interesariuszami. W dalszej części artykułu przedstawiono wyniki badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych przez autorkę w 2015 r., wśród polskich przedsiębiorstw zarejestrowanych w systemie EMAS. Dobór próby był celowy, wyczerpujący. Badaniem objęto całą populację, liczącą 38 przedsiębiorstw, zgodnie z rejestrem EMAS z dnia 29 stycznia 2015 r. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań empirycznych stwierdzono, że wdrożenie systemu EMAS skutkuje poprawą relacji z interesariuszami przedsiębiorstwa, w szczególności z administracją publiczną i organami kontroli.

The aim of this article was to evaluate the significance of the implementation of EMAS system in the context of improving the relations of enterprise with stakeholders. The requirements of EMAS system, that in the opinion of author are significant for improving relations with stakeholders were presented in the first part of the article. The results of the empirical research conducted in 2015 by author, among Polish enterprises registered in EMAS system were presented in further part of the article. The selection of the sample was intentional, comprehensive. The study covered the entire population consisting of 38 enterprises, according to the register of EMAS system on 29 January 2015. Based on the empirical research it was concluded that the implementation of EMAS system results in the improvement of the relations with enterprise stakeholders, in particular with public administration and control authorities.
