Głównym celem badania jest sprawdzenie, na ile eksperci powinni być zgodni, aby prognozy ilościowe zbudowane na podstawie ich opinii były precyzyjne. W pierwszym etapie badania przedstawiono stosowane miary zgodności ekspertów wraz z ich własnościami. Pozwoliło to na wyznaczenie granicznych wartości miar zgodności ekspertów, których osiągnięcie sprawi, że będzie można uznać, iż eksperci są zgodni. W drugiej części badania ukazano, jaki wpływ ma zgodność ekspertów na precyzję prognozy postawionej na podstawie ich opinii.

The research predominantly aims at verifying the extent to which expert should agree that the quantitative forecasts constructed by means of their opinions should be precise. Firstly, the measures of expert coherence applied along with their properties are presented. This allows for setting border measures of expert coherence. When the borders are reached, it is possible to assume that experts are coherence. Then, some attention is paid to the influence of expert opinion coherence on precision of forecasts constructed.
