(Ukrainian title: Mizhnarodna ekonomichna kryza ta perspektyvy zminy finansovo-ekonomichnoi arkhitektury v konteksti heoekonomichnykh stratehii palyvno-enerhetychnoho kompleksu). Sharp falling of the prices for oil and expectation of fall of the prices of gas promotes search of the countries-manufacturers' way of stabilization of a situation in the market that promotes creation of alliances. Members of such unions in the course of struggle for leadership in the geopolitical and geo-economics environment thinks about questions of changing of the modern financial system and possibility of control of its functioning. Now we see the scenario of the possible basis of new international system in the form of nearly ten the most significant currencies. They by means of new technologies will be closed on effective network of electronic connections and will give the possibility of natural resources' control.

Various mechanisms of pricing on energy resources are used due to search possible finance tools of speeding of natural resources' movement as specific goods between the markets as appeared to be hard task. To speak about total influence of producer on the price is not practical and especially in the conditions of the market's relations. Certainly marketing, stock engage mechanism of price is promoting flexibility of positioning, but simultaneously increasing as consumption and offer fluctuations and gambling.
