In 2009-2011 at the Research Station in Bałcyny near Ostróda, two-factorial experiment was conducted with winter triticale varieties Gniewko. The aim of the experiment was to determine the economic efficiency of treatments antifungal diseases in the cultivation of triticale. In interpretation of research results take into account the costs of protection and sale price of grain in the years of the study. Yield saved after using fungicidal spray was 5.5 dt∙ha-1, and twice antifungal application yielded 9.5 dt∙ha-1 more in relation to the control objects, which was used only seed dressing. After applying fungicides average value of the coverage cost was 1.3. In 2011 the fungicidal treatments were unprofitable. In contrast, the highest profitability was recorded in 2010, which found the strongest level of infestation of plants.
