Na przykładzie wybranych gmin i powiatów przeanalizowano przyczyny tych zmian. (fragment tekstu)

The author presents results of study concerning changes of forest area in Polish gminas and powiats in years 2008 and 2013. It was recognised that changes of forest area cannot be explained by both afforestation and deforestation processes only. It is important in terms of area fluctuations, eg. of private forests is secondary succession forests on abandoned former farmland as well as heterogeneous approach to the recognition of such areas in the register of land and buildings. Economic situation and municipal budget income of forestry tax

The actual forestry tax is a relatively new development in the Polish tax system. It was introduced in 1991. It is one of the own revenues of municipalities. Budget revenues of municipalities in respect of forestry tax depend on the economic situation, as well as the degree of afforestation in the municipality. The aim of this publication is to present the economic impact on budget revenues of municipalities in respect of forestry tax. (original abstract)

Celem artykułu jest udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytanie: czy las może być przedmiotem zainteresowania controllingu projektów? W związku z tym wskazano na definicję lasu, podmioty prowadzące gospodarkę leśną, opisano niezbędne warunki uznania lasu za obiekt controllingu projektów. Ponadto opisano instrumenty controllingu projektów, które mogą uwzględnić specyficzne uwarunkowania zasobu, jakim jest las. Zasadnicza hipoteza artykułu zawiera się w stwierdzeniu, że las może być przedmiotem zainteresowań controllingu projektów. Opracowanie powstało przy wykorzystaniu analizy literatury przedmiotu, doświadczeń własnych autorów jako nauczycieli akademickich prowadzących badania naukowe i wdrożenia w Państwowym Gospodarstwie Leśnym Lasy Państwowe lub w działach rachunkowości i controllingu jednostek gospodarczych przy zastosowaniu rozumowania indukcyjnego.

This article aims to answer the question of whether the forest may be of interest to controlling projects? Therefore three areas were pointed: the definition of the forest, specified forest operators and the necessary conditions for recognition of forest per object controlling projects. In addition, controlling instruments projects that can take into account the specificity of a resource which the forest is, have been described. The main thesis of the article is included in the statement that the forest may be of interest to controlling projects. This article was created using the analysis of the literature, the authors' own experience as teachers, conducting research and implementation of the State Forests National Forest Holding or accounting and controlling departments of a business by using inductive reasoning.

Przedstawiono ocenę stanu środowiska w Polsce w 2007 r. w odniesieniu do stanu w 2000 r. Podstawowym źródłem danych były materiały z badań i sprawozdawczości GUS. The article presents a statistical description of quantitative and qualitative natural resources, problems related to threat and protection of the environment and water management as well as economic aspects of environmental protection. The assessment of the condition of the environment in Poland in 2007 comparing with 2000 is presented. The main source of the data were CSO surveys and reports. Moreover administrative data from ministries, monitoring as well as expert opinions, inventories and reports have been used.(original abstract)

The article presents a statistical description of natural resources, threat to and protection of the environment and water management as well as economic aspects of environmental protection. The study presents the estimation of the environment in Poland in 2008 in comparison to 2000. Survey data and reports of Polish CSO were the main source of the study. Furthermore, reporting data of ministries and monitoring, expert opinions as well as inventories were used in the research.(original abstract)
