The article presents Libraries Without Borders (Bibliothèques Sans Frontières), a non-governmental and non-profit association, its philosophy, mission and tasks, and the ways of achieving certain objectives and targets. The actions carried out in different countries are discussed, with a particular focus on aid activities in the French-speaking areas.
