Raportowanie zintegrowane jako innowacyjne narzędzie rachunkowości w budowaniu relacji inwestorskich

Działania w obszarze budowania relacji inwestorskich warunkuje rzetelna, kompleksowa i systematyczna komunikacja odnosząca się do generatorów wartości przedsiębiorstwa, zarówno tych finansowych, jak i pozafinansowych. Istotną rolę w tym zakresie powinna odgrywać rachunkowość, która uznawana jest za „język biznesu”. Jednak praktyka pokazuje, że sprawozdanie finansowe realizujące funkcję informacyjną rachunkowości nie spełnia rosnących potrzeb interesariuszy. Dlatego też podejmowane są prace nad wypracowaniem narzędzia rachunkowości (sprawozdania), które pozwoli na poprawę przejrzystości funkcjonowania spółek. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie raportowania zintegrowanego jako innowacyjnego narzędzia rachunkowości w komunikowaniu na temat generatorów wartości przedsiębiorstwa w kontekście budowania relacji inwestorskich.

Activities that create investor relations are conditioned by reliable, comprehensive and systematic communication relating to financial and non-financial enterprise value generators. In this regard, an important role should perform accounting, which is considered to be the “language of business”. However, practice shows that the financial statements realising the information function of accounting, does not satisfy the growing stakeholders needs. Therefore, efforts are being undertaken to develop accounting tools (reports), which will improve transparency in the functioning of companies. The aim of this article is the presentation of integrated reporting as an innovational tool of accounting in communication about enterprise value generators, in building investor relations context.
