W ramach niniejszego artykułu zaprezentowano przeprowadzone badania kondycji finansowej podmiotów sektora usług zdrowotnych i pomocy społecznej na podstawie ich jakości portfela kredytowego oraz ich sytuacji ekonomiczno-finansowej. Kondycja finansowa badanych podmiotów w znaczącym stopniu uzależniona jest od rodzaju organu założycielskiego. Podmioty, których organem założycielskim są jednostki budżetowe, znacząco gorzej radzą sobie z obsługą swojego portfela kredytowego, w porównaniu do podmiotów należących do sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw.

Financial condition of examined entities depends of a type of founding body. The companies from the research group, for which the budgetary units are the founding body, cope with servicing credit portfolio significantly worse, and thus their financial condition is clearly inferior to the entities from the comparison group. The companies from the research group, which owners are off-budget units, cope with servicing credit obligations very good, and thus their financial condition is better than the comparison group.
