Artykuł prezentuje metodykę badania systemów rachunku kosztów dla celów zarządzania w różnego rodzaju podmiotach leczniczych. Podstawą badania jest zaprezentowana w 2014 r. systematyka rachunku kosztów dla celów zarządzania, oparta na trzech filarach: horyzoncie czasowym podejmowanych decyzji, skomplikowaniu organizacji oraz zakresie systemu planowania i kontroli. Przedstawiona metodyka badania jest uzupełniona o prezentację dwóch studiów przypadku: szpitala powiatowego oraz miejskiego ośrodka pozaszpitalnych usług medycznych.

The article presents the methodology of the future research on management cost accounting systems in healthcare organizations of different types. The study is based on systematics of management cost accounting systems first presented in 2014, which includes time horizon of decision making, complexity of an organization, and scope of planning and control systems. Presented methodology is supplemented by two case studies: poviat hospital and metropolitan center of non-hospital services.
