Wykorzystanie technologii mobilnych stało się integralną częścią otaczającego nas świata. Trend ten przeniósł się na płaszczyznę funkcjonowania obiektów hotelowych, gdzie zarządzanie nowoczesnymi obiektami hotelowymi jest bardzo intensywnie wspierane nowymi technologiami, w szczególności urządzeniami mobilnymi. W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę rynku mobilnych technologii i barier ich zastosowania. Celem artykułu jest próba określenia barier w zastosowaniu mobilnych technologii z perspektywy pracowników hoteli oraz przedstawienie wynikających z tego wniosków. Dotychczasowe publikacje krajowe bazowały na ocenie i analizie popytowej strony zastosowania technologii mobilnej w branży turystycznej z wyszczególnieniem obiektów hotelowych.

In the age of mobility, the use of mobile technology has become an integral part of the world around us. This trend has moved to the plane of operations on hotel facilities, where the management of modern hotel facilities is very intensively supported by new technologies in situations related to mobile devices. The letter gives the characteristics of the mobile technology market and the barriers to their use. The aim of the article is to try to combine barriers in the field of mobile technology with the perspectives of hotel employees and to select from this conclusion. Combined national publications based on the results and analyzes of the demand side using mobile technology in the field of processing, in the specification of hotel facilities.
