W artykule zaprezentowano wybrane problemy towarzyszące zarządzaniu zmianami, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem uwarunkowań cech kultury organizacyjnej, determinujących tempo wdrażania zmian. Skoncentrowano się w nim na omówieniu wybranych różnic pomiędzy możliwościami implementowania zmian w organizacjach otwartych na zmiany oraz organizacjach konserwatywnych, nieotwartych na zewnątrz, opierających się innowacjom, agresywnych wobec zmian oraz wobec kierownictwa.

The article presents selected problems in managing the changes with particular emphasis on the characteristics of organizational culture, determining the pace of implementation of changes. It focused on discussing the differences between the possibilities of implementing changes in open organizations and those, which are conservative, unopened outside, resist innovations, being aggressive towards changes and management.
