W artykule omawia się dwa możliwe do zastosowania modele wyceny nieruchomości inwestycyjnych oraz sposób wyceny w przypadku przekwalifikowania nieruchomości inwestycyjnych do innych pozycji sprawozdania finansowego. Scharakteryzowano również problem ujawnień, które przedsiębiorstwo musi zaprezentować w swoim sprawozdaniu finansowym.

The article discusses two possible models for the valuation of investment property, and the valuation method in case of the reclassification of investment property to other items in the financial statements. The issue of disclosures, that a company must present in its financial statements, was also characterized.
