The article introduces the results of the research on working out new ways in the development of educational process at the university. The structure of the didactic competence is presented in two components - personal and information didactic - with their contents in the information multi-instrumental environment. Special emphasis is laid on value-and-motivational, reflexive, cognitive, informational-instrumental, practical-and activity based components of the didactic competence.
