The sources and problems of finance and credit maintenance innovation activity in Ukraine are considered. The system of measures concerning stimulation of activity of finance-credit establishments directed on the development of innovation processes. The structure of the mechanism of finance and credit maintenance of innovation of activity have been offered.

Basic problems of innovation process realization at industrial enterprises of Ukraine have been determined and analyzed in the article. Approach to innovation process management including regulation of its cost structure has been proposed as a way of state innovation politics. Intensification of scientific-technical development is offered as way to solving the problem of disproportion of innovative processes in Ukraine.

The analysis of the notion “innovation activity of a complementary education institution as a pedagogic phenomenon” is represented in the article. On the basis of the comparative multi aspect analysis of the notions “innovation”, “novelty”, “innovation activity“, “innovation process”, “complementary education” the notion “innovation activity of a complementary education institution” is defined and its main characteristic features are revealed. The paper characterizes the present state of complementary education institution teachers’ innovation activity. The characteristic features of complementary education institution teachers without pedagogical education are presented. The innovation process in complementary education institutions is also disclosed. Scope of problems in complementary education institutions for children is viewed.

The paper discusses factors influencing firms’ ability to manage innovation. Authors investigate functional relationship between new product introductions and organizational learning, innovation processes, innovation strategies and external and internal innovation sources. After surveying 102 firms knowledge on success factors that drive new product development and commercialization were identified. The findings demonstrate that significant differences exist between innovators and non-innovators in use of innovation processes, specific external knowledge sources, property rights protection, and product innovation focus. The study shows the need of different approach to manage radical and incremental innovations and leads to developing a model to implement radical innovation strategy and subsequent processes inside a firm.
