The main purpose of this article is to identify the factors that influence the IT project management. It has been noted that in practice the implementation of IT projects there are large discrepancies in the approach to the implementation of IT project management. They result from the prior habits of experts and consultants to the methods used previously, simple incompetence, convenience or lack of understanding of the essence of the need to manage IT projects. Among the selected group of specialists in this field and field consultants at the turn of 2016 and 2017, the CAWI method was used to study opinions on the use of project management techniques and processes in the implementation of IT projects. Then, based on the results obtained, the analyzes and the conclusions and recommendations resulting from them were analyzed. Formulated conclusions can be the starting point for creating an effective project management quality management system.

Głównym celem niniejszego artykułu jest identyfikacja czynników wpływających na zarządzanie projektami informatycznymi. Zauważono bowiem, że w praktyce realizacji projektów informatycznych istnieją duże rozbieżności w podejściu do realizacji zarządzania projektami informatycznymi. Wynikają one z przyzwyczajeń ekspertów i konsultantów do stosowanych uprzednio metod, prostej niekompetencji, wygody lub nierozumienia istoty potrzeby prowadzenia zarządzania przedsięwzięciami informatycznymi. Wśród wybranej grupy specjalistów z tej dziedziny i konsultantów dziedzinowych na przełomie 2016 i 2017 r. metodą CAWI przeprowadzono badania opinii na temat możliwości wykorzystania technik zarządzania projektami i procesami w realizacji przedsięwzięć informatycznych. Następnie, na podstawie uzyskanych wyników, przeprowadzono analizy oraz przedstawiono wynikające z nich wnioski i rekomendacje. Sformułowane wnioski mogą stać się punktem wyjścia dla stworzenia skutecznego systemu zarządzania jakością zarządzania projektami.
