The present work characterizes the hypermedia communication's features of mass media in Matanzas, Cuba: TV Yumurí, Radio 26 and the Editorial Girón. The study takes an approach, from the academy, to the cyberjournalistic praxis, describing professional practices, self-regulation and application of knowledge. A group of theoretical considerations around hypermedia resources are proposed in order to improve the digital journalism that we do. The communicology study integrates technical resources of quantitative and qualitative levels. It also considers policy documents, reflections of academics and legitimizing agents to analyze the assessments of their own social development. The main findings point to the heterogeneity, uneven development and fragmentation of cyber-journalistic wasting of the communicative potentialities that provides Internet, such as its hypertextuality, the interactivity and its multimediality.

The article discusses interactivity and intermediality in the output of the Polish avant-garde artists Franciszka and Stefan Themerson. The author claims that their two-dimensional works created in the 1930s and addressed at children are early examples of interactive strategies activating young readers in search for understanding of the modern world. Non-traditional illustrations, experimental typography and texts far from ‘classical’ literature for children form inseparable verbo-visual entities (named ‘wordgraphy’) where words and images are of equal importance. What happens between the engaged media proves most interesting and most innovative.

Celem artykułu jest analiza czynników mających wpływ na skuteczność komunikacji CSR i poziom interaktywności w dialogu przedsiębiorstwa z interesariuszami, prowadzonym w mediach społecznościowych. Badania mają charakter eksploracyjny i zostały przeprowadzone w paradygmacie zarządzania strategicznego, z wykorzystaniem narzędzi informatycznych do półautomatycznej analizy zgromadzonego korpusu tekstu. Autorki przedstawiają wyniki analizy komunikacji CSR przeprowadzonej na oficjalnym koncie firmowym Facebook jednego z kluczowych polskich przedsiębiorstw branży energetycznej – Tauron Polska Energia S.A.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze of determinants of CSR communication efficiency and level of interactivity of social media dialog between a company and its stakeholders. Theoretical premises for research have been found in theory of strategic management and in the research have been used the information technology tools for semi-automatic text analysis. The authors will present results of analysis of the one of the key polish energy company’s CSR communication on Facebook.
