The applicable legal provisions give the courts fairly broad instruments for the assessment of contractual relations and interference in these relations, including in the sphere of costs of financial services. Due to the complexity of contractual relations, each case should be considered individually, and thus - importance should be attributed to the recognition of the judge.

Obowiązujące przepisy prawne dają sądom dość szerokie instrumentarium oceny stosunków umownych oraz ingerencji w te stosunki, w tym w sferze kosztów usług finansowych. Z uwagi na stopień skomplikowania stosunków umownych, każdą sprawę należy jednak rozpatrywać indywidualnie, a co za tym idzie - istotne znaczenie należy przypisać uznaniu sędziowskiemu.
