This paper presents Józef Kozielecki's transgressive human being from perspective of axiology. Actions, trough which human being goes beyond what it is, are comprehended in relationship to accounts of the nature of value. Kozielecki's idea, assuming essential connections between needs and values, makes them equal what corresponds to axiological subjectivism
