Artykuł zawiera krytykę materialistycznej koncepcji kapitału. Uzasadniono w nim tezę, że kapitał jest procesem, a nie zasobem dóbr potencjalnie wymiennych. Proces ten jest niesamoistny, ponieważ jego fundamentem bytowym są działania podporządkowane realizacji zysku. Jest bytowo niesamodzielny, gdyż występuje tylko w gospodarce towarowo-pieniężnej. Finansyzacja zmniejsza kapitał pieniężny.

This article contains criticism of the materialist conception of capital. It substantiates thesis that capital is a process, not a resource of potentially exchangeable goods. This process is not inherent because its fundament of being is based on operations subordinated to profit-taking. It is also ontically dependent because the process happens only in Money-Goods Economy. Financialization reduces money capital.
