Uzasadniono potrzebę innowacyjnego podchodzenia do rozwiązywania zagadnień technologicznych, technicznych i organizacyjno-ekonomicznych w podmiotach gospodarki rynkowej. Wiąże się to z wchodzeniem naszego kraju na rynki Wspólnot Europejskich oraz tamtych krajów na rynek polski. Stąd w opracowaniu omówiono w ujęciu teoretycznym znaczenie i klasyfikację procesów innowacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach. W praktycznym ujęciu tego problemu posłużono się przykładem wdrożenia nowego produktu – chleba sojowego – w wybranym zakładzie piekarskim. Badana piekarnia przyjęła strategię kreowania zmian, poprzedzonych tworzeniem nowych potrzeb klienta. W opracowaniu przedstawiono przebieg prac nad nowym produktem, uwzględniając fazy koncepcji, akceptacji, czynności pilotowych, oraz uruchomienia produkcji i sprzedaży.

The access of Poland to the European Community market and the stream of EU merchandise into Poland calls for the necessity of innovative approaches for the solution of technological, technical and economical problems in various spheres of the free market economy . This paper presents a theoretical approach to the importance and classification of novel business practice. For practical purposes we analyzed the implementation of a new product- soy bread- in the products-on-offer list of a random bakery. Our observational research focused on the strategies of effectuating changes following the launch of a pull- strategy. This paper presents the complete scale of activities, encompassing the phase of conceptual design, getting the go-ahead, pilot projects, production start to sales and distribution.
