Doświadczenie zawodowe jest jedną z cech warunkujących skuteczną tranzycję absolwentów szkół wyższych na rynek pracy. W Polsce istnieje wiele różnych możliwości łączenia zdobywania doświadczenia zawodowego ze studiami w trybie stacjonarnym. Występuje też znaczny zakres swobody w tym zakresie. Badania ankietowe przeprowadzone wśród studentów wykazały, że w ich opinii najlepszym modelem łączenia studiów ze zdobywaniem doświadczenia zawodowego byłby system dualny, gdyby taki funkcjonował. Dla studentów istotna jest możliwość osiągania dochodu, dlatego w obecnych realiach wybrali pracę na podstawie umowy cywilnoprawnej w elastycznym czasie pracy jako najlepszą formę zdobywania doświadczenia zawodowego w czasie studiów.

Professional experience is one of the features which condition the effective transition of the university graduates into the labor market. There are many possibilities in Poland to combine gaining job experience with studying full-time. There is also great freedom in this area. Questionnaire surveys carried out over a group of students proved that from the students’ point of view the best model of combining studies with parallel job experience would be a dual system if only such a possibility existed. Students want to receive financial reward for their work. This is why nowadays they choose the employment under civil law contracts with flexible working hours provided as the best form of gaining work experience.
