W artykule dokonano teoretycznych rozważań nad przebiegiem (zmianami) rozumienia i znaczenia logistycznego wsparcia systemu ochrony zdrowia w Polsce. Artykuł jest analitycznym przyczynkiem do wyłonienia definicji wsparcia logistycznego systemu ochrony zdrowia. Określone etapy rozwoju jego znaczenia, a także podjęto rozważania nad sukcesywnym poszerzaniem granic tego znaczenia. Wskazano kierunki rozwoju wsparcia logistycznego w ochronie zdrowia. W tym celu nakreślono możliwość wykorzystania koncepcji sieciowości w logistyce jako istotnych rekomendacji dla dalszego rozwoju wsparcia logistycznego na płaszczyźnie opieki zdrowotnej. Teoretyczne ujęcie podjętego problemu stanowi o przeglądowym i jednocześnie poznawczym charakterze artykułu.

The article presents a theoretical reflection on the course (change) of understanding and the importance of the logistical support of the healthcare system in Poland. The article is an analytical contribution of identify the definition of logistical support of the healthcare system. Defined stages in the development of its meaning, and also elaborates on the gradual broadening the limits of meaning. Indicated directions of the development of logistics support in health care. For this purpose outlined the possibility of using the koncept of logistics webbyness as important recommendations for the further development of logistic support at the level of health care. The theoretical approach of the research is the review and the cognitive nature of the article at the same time.
