Wiele teorii można przełożyć na grunt np. zarządzania miastem z uwagi na ich uniwersalny charakter. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zależności pomiędzy logistyką miejską a koncepcją społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu (CSR).

The changes in the economy impact on different areas. One of the new phenomena is an adaptation of concepts, methods, management theory ultimately dedicated for enterprises to manage the needs of different types of entities, organizations and individuals. Many theories can be translated into such an area, for example city management, due to their universal character. The aim of the article is presented the relationship between city logistics and the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The article presents organizational concepts of crowd logistics solutions aimed at streamlining and optimizing the processes of passenger and cargo flows in urban areas. The analysis will cover the possibilities of adapting the crowd logistics solutions, the types of solutions, as well as the benefits resulting from their implementation, both for residents, entrepreneurs, tourists, and authorities. The author will review the experiences and solutions of the crowd logistics used in the world’s metropolises, and on this basis will determine which are likely to adapt in Polish cities. The main goal of the article is to analyse the possibilities of adapting the concept of crowd logistics in Polish conditions as a solution to improve city functioning and to identify barriers of implementing such solutions in Poland.

W artykule zostały zaprezentowane koncepcje organizacyjne rozwiązań z zakresu crowd logistics, zmierzające do usprawnienia i zoptymalizowania procesów przepływów pasażerów i ładunków na obszarach miejskich. Analizie poddano możliwości zastosowania koncepcji crowd logistics, rodzaje rozwiązań, które w tym zakresie można stosować, a także korzyści wynikające z ich wdrażania, zarówno dla mieszkańców, przedsiębiorców, turystów, jak i władz. Autorka dokonała przeglądu doświadczeń oraz rozwiązań crowd logistics stosowanych w światowych metropoliach i na tej podstawie określiła, które z nich mają szanse adaptacji w polskich miastach. Głównymi celami artykułu były zatem: analiza możliwości zastosowania koncepcji crowd logistics w warunkach polskich, jako rozwiązania usprawniającego funkcjonowanie miasta, oraz wskazanie barier we wdrażaniu w Polsce tego typu rozwiązań.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie koncepcji branżowego benchmarkingu w logistyce miejskiej na podstawie modelu SLIM-PREF. Opracowane narzędzie do benchmarkingu stanowić może wsparcie dla samorządów lokalnych w zakresie analizy działań realizowanych w obszarze przepływu osób i towarów w odniesieniu do ośmiu obszarów, takich jak: ludzie, zasoby, innowacje i pomysły, marketing, operacje i strategie, finanse, środowisko i regulacje, oraz porównać je do miast będących benchmarkami w danym obszarze.

The main purpose o f the paper is to introduce the benchmarking concept in the field of city logistics in terms o f the model SLIM-PREF. This developed tool for benchmarking can constitute support for local govemments in the field o f analysis o f the activities carried out in the area of people and goods movement in relations to eight areas. These are: people, resources, innovation and ideas, marketing, operations and strategie plans, finance, environment and regulations. They can then be compared with the cities, which are benchmarks in a specific area.

Istotnym czynnikiem warunkującym zrównoważony rozwój miejskiego transportu towarowego jest efektywne zarządzanie przepływami danych pomiędzy poszczególnymi stronami zaangażowanymi w mniejszym lub większym stopniu w jego funkcjonowanie. W większości systemów miejskich brakuje jednak danych na temat realizowanych przez ich obszary przewozów ładunków, destynacji tych przewozów oraz ich specyfiki. W artykule skoncentrowano się na wynikach badań, których celem jest określenie struktur danych istotnych dla funkcjonowania zrównoważonego miejskiego transportu towarowego i ustalenie źródeł ich pozyskiwania.

An important factor of the sustainable development o f urban freight transport is the effective management o f data flows between the various parties involved to a lesser or greater extent in its functioning. But in most urban systems there is no data regarding freight flows at their areas, destinations o f these flows and their specificity. This papcr is focused on the results of research aimed on defining data structures important for the functioning of sustainable urban freight transport and identifying the sources o f their acauisition.

The authors have made the introduction to the problems of logistics center, and then presented its importance in terms of sustainable development. The article describes the areas of priority actions for sustainable development and solutions that are already being used in city logistics. The rest of the article accurately describes the proposed, selected by the artists of the city logistics concepts and shows their actual environmental dimension.
