The study deals with managers' corrupt behaviors which had a significant impact on the privatization process in Poland during transformation. Beginning with defining corruption in Polish economic life the author analyzes the most frequent managers' crimes in property transformations i.e. fraudulent conversion of state property, dumping value of state enterprises prior to privatization, and 'arranged' tenders.
