Essential element of the ministry of the sick is the sacramental service. The sacrament of the penance and reconciliation, the sacrament of the anointing of the sick, Holy Communion and the celebration of Eucharist are the top-forms of the care about ill people. In this sacraments they experience in a special way the love and the closeness of God. Eucharist in which becomes a reality for all generations, the mysteries of cross and resurrection, is a special 'place' of the recognition of the beneficial value of the suffering and a place of the bond of it with redemptive love of Christ. In offering to God on the altar, the bread and the wine is the symbolically expressed human suffering. The bread and wine become a power of the Eucharistic transformation of the Body and Blood of the Lord.
