The paper offers a discussion of Kant's views on politics. It shows how the latter is interwoven with the morals and law. The author reminds us, that for Kant the highest political good possible was the eternal peace. What plays an important role in reaching this status is the reform. The author aims at justifying the claim, that Kant's interest in politics was not a matter of contingency. As he believes, its continuity can be proved, especially in Kant's 'Kleine Schriften', as well as in many of his remarkable remarks in his big works.

Today the discussions about justice develop along two lines going back to Enlightenment. The first one is contractarian while the second one is based on a comparative approach to justice, endorsing the establishment of a society with more justice achieved through getting away with the concrete injustices. The article sheds light on Sen’s argumentation as offered in his Idea of justice. The author suggests that regardless of A. Sen’s innovative approach to justice his theory requires further articulation of questions such as: What is the relevant standard by which to measure the extent of justice: capabilities, or functioning’s? Which capabilities are to be included when evaluating justice? Which distributive rule is to be applied here? What role does the individual responsibility play in evaluating justice?

Strong evaluation as a model of practical reasoning is an attractive alternative to the utilitarian as well as Kantian proceduralism. It makes possible the legitimization of the specific moral claims. Furthermore, the motivation of agency is taken into account in their justification. It enables us to show the meaning of values and evaluation in human life. The paper tries to answer the questions such as: What does strong evaluation refer to? What is its nature? What is its role in human life? What is its relevance for ethics? The authoress draws upon Tylor's conception of strong evaluation, comparing it with Laitinen's reinterpretation of the latter.

Scientific literature of different domains proposes different tools and methodologies for taking decisions in matters of ethical bearing. When faced with such a situation, people who do not have this theoretical background may disprove it, and instead make more subjective and personal choices. The present study seeks to investigate this aspect, as well as people’s availability to involve and take responsibility for ethical issues.

Moral dimension of social animation. Social animation is still in the stage of receiving recognition, because of its complexity and the multi-faceted social context in which it appears. As a research issue social animation must be examined by applying an interdisciplinary methodology. It rises a complex of ethical questions, owing to the fact that it is a moral activity as well. This material aims to answer two following questions: What is social animation at all? And what components make someone be a social animator? Social animation has been portrayed in the context of moral meaning and its relation to manipulation as well. Finally the paper tackles some moral (ethical) dilemmas of animation. The aim of this paper is to work out if religious factors may play any roles in the discourse on social animation.
