Artykuł jest próbą analizy współczesnej polskiej literatury z perspektywy badań nad afektami. Kategoria „działania w afekcie” jest w artykule używana do interpretacji powieści młodych twórców: Magdaleny Rejmer, Mikołaja Łozińskiego oraz Ignacego Karpowicza. Głównym przedmiotem zainteresowania autorki artykułu jest sposób doświadczania rzeczywistości potransformacyjnej przez pokolenie pisarzy, które wchodzi w dorosłość już po 1989 roku.

The paper is an attempt at analyzing contemporary Polish literature from the perspective of research in affects. The category “action in affect” is here used to interpret the novels by young writers, such as Magdalena Rejmer, Mikołaj Łoziński, and Ignacy Karpowicz. The main focus of interest is the mode of experiencing the post-transformation reality by the generation of writers who enter adulthood after the year 1989.
