Pozycja konkurencyjna sektora rolno-spożywczego Polski i Ukrainy

Celem opracowania jest określenie pozycji konkurencyjnej na rynku europejskim towarów rolno-spożywczych pochodzących z Polski i Ukrainy. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono kierunkom zmian pozycji konkurencyjnej, gdyż trend zmian wskazuje na rozwój zjawiska w przyszłości. W pracy wykorzystano teorię przewag komparatywnych i posłużono się zmodyfikowanym modelem typu Balassy. Polskie i ukraińskie towary rolno- spożywcze są konkurencyjne na rynku UE, jednak w przypadku Polski ich konkurencyjność maleje, podczas gdy ukraińskich rośnie. Polska jest liczącym się dostawcą niektórych towarów, w szczególności mięsa i przetworów oraz wyrobów tytoniowych i produktów przemysłu zbożowego. Z kolei Ukraina stosunkowo niewiele dostarcza na rynek UE – są to głównie towary przeznaczone do wykorzystania przemysłowego, np. zboża, rzepak, soja oraz ich nieoczyszczone oleje.

The aim of the study was to determine the competitive position on the European market of agro-food products from Polish and Ukraine. Particular attention was given to the lines changes the competitive position, as the trend changes indicates the development in the future. The work uses the theory of comparative advantage and used a modified model of the Balassa type. Polish and Ukrainian agro-food goods are competitive on the EU market, but in the case of Polish their competitiveness is decreasing, while Ukraine is on the rise. Poland is a significant supplier of certain goods, in particular meat and preparation of meat products, tobacco and grain industry. Ukraine relatively few supplies on the EU market; they are mostly goods intended for industrial use, for example. cereals, canola, soybeans, and their unrefined oils.
