Mierniki dokonań w raportach strategicznych spółek notowanych na Giełdzie Londyńskiej

Celem artykułu jest przeanalizowanie, w jakim stopniu mierniki dokonań prezentowane w raportach strategicznych spółek pozwalają na ocenę stopnia wdrożenia strategii i efektywności funkcjonowania modeli biznesu. Badaniem w formie analizy treści objętych zostało 60 spółek wchodzących w skład indeksu FTSE Techmark. Wyniki badania wskazują, że kluczowe mierniki dokonań zawarte w raportach strategicznych umożliwiają ogólną ocenę stopnia realizacji strategii, ale ich użyteczność jest zmniejszona przez dominację wskaźników finansowych i opóźnionych.

The article analyzes the extent to which key performance indicators (KPI) in the strategic reports allow to evaluate the strategy implementation and business model effectiveness. The research using content analysis covered 60 companies included in FTSE Techmark index. The results of the study show that the KPI in strategic reports enable to assess the strategy implementation degree, but their usefulness is reduced by the dominance of financial and lagging indicators.
