Many of the contemporary economic researches have been focusing on the significance of the labour share contribution to the national income. Thus, it appears particularly interesting to investigate if the global, labour factors can provide a justification for an increasing significance of the labour share in the economies of Visegrád Group. In such an investigation, it is the effect that structural transitions of these countries' policies and economies have had on to the role of the labour share in building a national income that seems to be an essential element to explore. Therefore, the aim of the following article is determining the significance of the labour share contribution to the natural income for the period 1995- 2010 in membership countries of Visegrád Group, basing on the factors, which according to the contemporary world literature, affect this indicator.

Globalization determines development of characteristics trends in global economy, politics, social life and coulture, regardless of the stage of advancement or physical geography. The prevailing liberalization of trade, currency and capital markets, multinational production, and technological advancement constitutes its driving force. It has caused Polish, transforming economy to subject to globalization effects. These influences can be both positive and negative. As a result of the spreading globalization, labour share in the national income has de-creased, suggesting that the meaning of work has weakened. On the other hand, as reported by the national labour market, globalization has brought unemployment, discrepancies in wage ranges between qualified and unqualified employees, and growth of the group of "working poor". The purpose of this article is to investigate the influence that change of labour share in the national income has on the level of wage discrepancies in Visegrad Group in years 1993-2011. The analysis covers review of literature on globalization, considering particularly labour share in the national income. It bases also on data from OECD and World Bank, to which induction as well as descriptive statistics were applied.

W artykule przedstawiono podstawy, założenia i wyniki prognozy porównawczej poziomu PKB na 1 mieszkańca w Polsce na tle wybranych krajów Unii Europejskiej (UE), przy przyjęciu stóp wzrostu ustalonych na podstawie historycznych tendencji rozwoju gospodarczego. Za podstawę danych wyjściowych dla prognozy dochodu narodowego autor przyjął poziom PKB na 1 mieszkańca w 1997 r. w badanych krajach. Szacunek przeprowadził w warunkach porównywalnych: według jednolitej metodologii i w jednolitej walucie (dolar USA) na podstawie badań ICP (International Comparison Project).

Statystyka nie rejestruje w jednym mierniku najbardziej charakterystycznego zjawiska procesu globalizacji gospodarki - zwiększonego międzynarodowego przepływu towarów, usług, kapitału i siły roboczej. Artykuł przedstawia jedną z kilku możliwych wersji pomiaru zarówno przepływu dóbr ekonomicznych między krajami, jak i wpływu nierezydentów na tworzenie dochodu narodowego. Obliczenia są szacunkiem, a dotyczą danych dla całego świata oraz 43 krajów o najwyższych dochodach narodowych, w tym krajów Unii Europejskiej oraz wszystkich bezpośrednich sąsiadów Polski. Dla gospodarki świata najwyższy przepływ - współtworzący dochód narodowy - dotyczy towarów, a następnie kapitału, który nieznacznie przewyższa przepływ międzynarodowej siły roboczej (imigracji) i w kolejności usług. Zróżnicowanie między krajami jest jednak bardzo duże. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Statistic is not registering in one measure the most characteristic effect of economy globalization process - increased international flow of goods, services, capital and labour force. The author of the article presents one of the several possible measurements ' versions, both economical goods flow between countries and non-residents influence on national income's creation. These calculations are estimation and concern data for all over the world and also for 43 countries with the highest national income, within European Union Member States and all neighborhood countries of Poland. For the world economy the highest flow - also creating national income - concerns goods, and then capital, which slightly exceeds international labour force flow (immigration) and in turn services. However, the diversification between countries is large. (original abstract)

Alterations of labour share in the national income are thought to have multiple, different reasons. Hence, it resulting diversification of tendencies of labour share can be verified against equally diverse, economic scales: global, national and regional. Consequently, the purpose of this article is to analyze this diversification of labour share in the national income, recorded in particular Polish provinces. The study includes global literature on labour share review as well as statistical data analysis of this factor. The investigation refers to two years, 2000 and 2009. Data gathered was approached using induction and descriptive statistics.
