Noetyczna optyka w opisie kluczowych charakterystyk logistyki ochrony zdrowia

Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie istoty, cech i kluczowych charakterystyk logistyki w ochronie zdrowia. Autor proponuje spojrzenie oparte na noetyce, traktując ją jako twórczą alternatywę, która nie wyklucza innych możliwości, lecz w swojej intelektualnej odmienności uzupełnia inne stosowane sposoby ujmowania systemu, procesów i zarządzania logistycznego. Przyjmuje przy tym, że podstawowym problemem badawczym jest zidentyfikowanie uniwersalnych oraz unikatowych charakterystyk, które w pełniejszy sposób mogą opisać miejsce i rolę logistyki w szeroko pojmowanej ochronie zdrowia. Rozważania prowadzą do wniosku, że podjęta próba noetycznego spojrzenia umożliwia pełniejszą systematyzację warstwy teoriopoznawczej w obszarze kierunkowego zastosowania logistyki, a przy tym wykazuje występowanie wielu podobieństw, ale też i istotnych różnic ze zjawiskami, które są charakterystyczne dla innych obszarów zastosowania logistyki.

The aim of this article is to present the essence, attributes and key characteristics of health care logistics. It proposes a view based on noetics, treating it as a creative alternative not limiting other possibilities, but complementing other methods used for the recognition of the logistics system, processes and management. Moreover, it assumes that the basic research problem is to identify the universal and unique characteristics that can more fully describe the place and role of logistics in the health care. Discussed considerations lead to the conclusion that noetic perspective allows for a more complete systematization of epistemological layer for the logistics application, and at the same time, indication of a number of similarities, but also significant differences with phenomena characteristic for other fields of logistics application.
