The article attempts to identify the possibilities of analyzing organizational values. The author stresses the significance of the discussed issues, introduces basic definitions, clarifies a notion of a system of organizational values, as well as presents stages of value analysis including relations and interdependencies. Clearly defined value systems exert influence in economic and social results of organization; they contribute to an increase in profitability, productivity and innovation. Modern quality oriented organizations determine value systems indispensable for implementation of their missions and visions.
