Informacje prasowe dotyczące jej działalności mogą wskazywać na główne kierunki jej funkcjonowania. Niewątpliwie, podstawą prawną były akty normatywne powszechnie obowiązujące. Oddział Polskiej Krajowej Kasy Pożyczkowej w Bydgoszczy otwarto po przekazaniu władzy w mieście polskiej administracji. Fakt ów może przypuszczalnie podważać tezę o tym, że Kasa wspierała interesy niemieckie. Choć nie można twierdzić tego jednoznacznie, jednak wyrażam nadzieję, że tractu temporis znajdą się archiwalia pozwalające na prowadzenie dalszych badań w tym zakresie.

The archival documents relating to the Department of Polish National Loan Fund in Bydgoszcz have survived in a rudimentary state. Press releases concerning its activity may indicate the main directions of its operation. Undoubtedly, the legal basis were generally binding normative acts. The results of this study allow to challenge thesis that titled Loan Found has supported the German interests. The PNLF Branch in Bydgoszcz has opened after the transfer of power in the city to Polish administration. I hope that tractu temporis will find the archival documents allowing for further research on the titled matter.
