The writer characterises the politics of the People’s Republic of China as regards the renewable energy sector and low-emission technologies.The history of those projects executed in China starts in the 1980s. It shows the initiative of One Belt and One Road and the strategy of the PRC that focuses on building and modernising the transport, energy and communication networks in the euro-asiatic space. And the achieved leader’s position in the green Energy development results in China becoming soon a global exporter of green energy in the area of wind, sun and nuclear energy. China position is a privileged one, as a cooperation partner in the area of low-emission technologies in attractive prices.

Autor charakteryzuje politykę Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej w zakresie sektora energetyki odnawialnej oraz technologii niskoemisyjnych. Historia realizowanych w Chinach projektów z tego zakresu sięga lat osiemdziesiątych XX stulecia. Pokazuje inicjatywę Jednego Pasa i Jednej Drogi oraz strategię ChRL koncentrującą się na budowie i modernizacji sieci transportowej, energetycznej i komunikacyjnej w przestrzeni euroazjatyckiej. A zdobyta pozycja lidera w rozwoju zielonej energii sprawia, że Chiny już za niedługo mogą się stać globalnym eksporterem zielonej energii w zakresie energetyki wiatrowej, słonecznej oraz jądrowej. Zdobyta w tym zakresie pozycja Chin stawia ich w uprzywilejowanej pozycji, jako partnera współpracy w zakresie niskoemisyjnych technologii oferowanych w atrakcyjnych cenach.
