Projektowanie struktur organizacyjnych wielkich systemów materialnych i produkcyjnych jest dość złożonym, trudnym do sformułowania problemem przewidującym rozwiązanie szeregu różnorodnych zadań. Jedno z tych zadań polega na podjęciu decyzji dotyczącej charakteru i sposobu dekompozycji, czyli podział wymienionych systemów na systemy niższego rzędu, podsystemy lub elementy, z punktu widzenia charakteru przebiegających procesów produkcyjno-technologicznych, określenie charakteru współdziałania wykrytych dekomponentów między sobą z punktu widzenia efektywności osiągnięcia celu całym systemem. W artykule są rozpatrywane możliwe warianty rozwiązania wymienionego zadania polegającego na wykorzystaniu metod analizy klasterowej.

Design of organizational management structures by large material production systems is a rather difficult problem to formulize, which includes a line of various tasks. One of them is to make a decision on the character and method of the composition, i.e. division of such systems into systems of a lower order, sub-systems or elements from the position of nature of running, production technological processes determining the character of interaction of revealed decomponents among each other from the point of view of efficiency to achieve the objective of the whole system. The article considers the possible variants of solving this task based on usage of cluster analysis methods.
