Zabezpieczenie przed manipulacją w środowisku płynnej inwigilacji wymaga od użytkowni-ków mass mediów dojrzałości informacyjnej, której nie da się osiągnąć bez wciąż „odnawialnych” kompetencji informacyjnych, wśród których Personal Information Management i Personal Knowledge Management zajmują kluczowe miejsce. W artykule odniesiono się do zarządzania wiedzą i informacją w wymiarze indywidualnym uznając, że jest ono nieodzowne w kształtowaniu kultury bezpieczeństwa.

Anti-tampering in liquid surveillance environments requires users of information literacy ma-turity that can not be achieved without the “renewable” information competencies, among which Personal Information Management and Personal Knowledge Management are key players. This article addresses the management of knowledge and information on an individual basis, recogniz-ing that it is indispensable in shaping a security culture.
