In the recent years the Alternative Investment Market in Poland (NewConnect) has been developing rapidly, meeting the information asymetry as one of the biggest barrier. In this paper we analyse the quality of disclosures (QD). As a result we find positive correlation between QD and longterm debt, presence of institutional investor.
