In the paper it is argued that, in order to explicate the concept of the aim and value of science from the standpoint of Habermas’s theory of speech acts (the theory of communicative action or universal pragmatics), one is required to take up the position of moderate realism. The theory implies that even though science serves many different purposes and might be harnessed to realise diverse values, it must be seen as subordinated to the highest-level principle, which, in certain contexts, should be comprehended as the chief cognitive value. And since, as I demonstrate later on, universal pragmatics formally corresponds to the reticulated model of scientific justification as put forth by Laudan in his Science and Values but, at the same time, is much more deeply rooted philosophically, the result obtained is important on the part of philosophy of science and purports to offer a new paradigm of analysis.

The article examines the genesis of reengineering business processes as part of the formation of an effective management system in industrial activities. Identify differences definition of reengineering business processes from other methods of organizational change. Structural-logical essence of business process reengineering, which offered a variety of academic economists, as the withdrawal of the basic differences in definitions of different authors. It defines the principles of business process reengineering in the efficient management of industrial activities. Create the conditions of implementation of business process reengineering in the activities of economic entities, using situational approach, which identifies different variations of the implementation of reengineering for companies. Studied the procedure of business process reengineering of business entities, which states the basic stages of the radical changes in industrial activities. Formed conclusions on research within the scope of this article.

The aim of this paper is to present the techniques (products) of business financing that can be used by Islamic banks according to the rules of Koranic law. The principles of Islamic banks are prescribed in the Holy Quran which is a signpost for all the believers of Islam. The most important feature of Islamic banking is the lack of interest – riba. Under the Islamic law, investors have no right to any additional sums from the capital advanced, unless they participate in the sharing of risk. The principles of Islamic financial system are clearly defined in the Islamic law. Islamic banks have constructed many financial products based on the guidelines of Islamic banking. Banking products are constantly being improved so that they can meet the re-quirements of the Islamic doctrine and enable investors to obtain adequate income.

The settlement of economic and ecological conflicts that arise between entities using natural resources have been and remain the cornerstone of environmental economics and environmental protection. Anti-ecological trends entities constitute a significant threat to sustainable development, transforming into ecological conflicts. In this adverse scenario actualized in research methods and practical maintenance procedures for the settlement of ecological conflicts. The need to find compromise and coordination of economic and environmental interests of the parties to the conflict leads to the development of an effective mechanism for resolving ecological conflicts. The proposed study of the basic principles of ecological conflict resolution, based on that developed key functional blocks of the mechanism of its regulation: economic, administrative-economic, financial-economic, market instruments, legal, innovation and investment, informational and socio-cultural.
