Przypomnienie teoretycznych osiągnięć polskiego etnologa (Stanisława Poniatowskiego) jest zachęceniem do retrospektywnego spojrzenia na osiągnięcia teoretyczne i metodologiczne nauk humanistycznych i nauk społecznych celem prospektywnego wypracowania najwartościowszego teoretyczne i metodologiczne modelu w naukach o polityce. Ważnym powodem, dla którego należy odnieść się do nauk o kulturze, w dyskusji nad teoretycznymi i metodologicznymi podstawami w naukach o polityce, jest coraz większa świadomość związana z funkcją kultury nie tylko w odniesieniu do takich zagadnień jak: tożsamość, pochodzenie etniczne, narodowość, ale także w kwestiach tak podstawowych, jak uwarunkowania kulturowe teorii i metodologii nauk o polityce. Teoretyczny model przedstawiony w artykule zasługuje w pełni na określenie go jako holistyczny (całościowy). Wydaje się, że dzisiaj może on spełniać bardzo ważną funkcję heurystyczną w naukach humanistycznych i społecznych, w tym w naukach politycznych.

Reminder theoretical achievements of Polish ethnologist (Stanisław Poniatowski) is to encourage a retrospective look at the achievements of theoretical and methodological humanities and social sciences to prospectively determine the most valuable theoretical and methodological models in science policy. An important reason why you should refer to the teachings of the culture in the theoretical and methodological discussions in the science of politics, is increasingly aware of the role of culture not only in specific issues such as identity, ethnicity, nationality, but in the most general and methodological sense. The theoretical model presented in the article deserves fully to describe it as holistic. It seems that today he can fulfill a very important heuristic function in the humanities and social sciences, including political sciences.
