W pierwszej części artykułu uzasadniono tezę, że rozwój samopodtrzymywany ma charakter endogeniczny, ponieważ jest stymulowany przez system społeczny. Endogeniczne czynniki rozwoju stanowią instytucje, zasoby jednostek oraz procesy społeczne. Państwo jest jednocześnie czynnikiem endogenicznym i egzogenicznym. W warunkach postępującej finansyzacji i globalizacji maleje rola państwa jako czynnika rozwoju społecznego.

The first part of this article justifies the thesis that sustainable development is endogenous because it is stimulated by social system. Endogenous growth factors represent institutions, resources of individuals and social processes. The state is equally the exogenous and endogenous element. In terms of increasing financialization and globalisation, the role of state, as the factor of social development, decreases.
